Just returned from a wonderful 16 day trip to Sri Lanka where Tharindu was our chauffeur guide.The whole experience was very much enhanced by the additional visits and activities organised by Tharindu and the in depth knowledge he has of this amazing country. We cannot recommend T-Two highly enough after our 12 days exploring Sri Lanka with him leading the way. He is definitely at 12 out of 10 stars, consistently delivering outstanding service. He is a very polite kind person, always punctual and accommodating to our wishes, needs and more. He is a very careful driver, never honking his horn like so many drivers in SriLanka.
He has been a certified driver guide for 30 years so knows a lot of people, activities and areas to explore that are off the beaten track. He stopped to show us fish markets, turtles in the wild, waterfalls, tea factories and even stopped to introduce us to his lovely wife. He went over and above to buy us things at markets at “his”price and even took our muddy shoes back to wash after a soggy hike on the Pekoe trail. He connected us with out of the way places for a cultural show, massages, hidden beaches with good restaurants. We would never have come across them on our own. He called ahead to get a good guide to drive us through the botanical gardens and acted as our personal guide through the Temple of the Sacred tooth and the Dutch Fort in Galle. He was always giving us historical facts, and pointing out things in the countryside on farms etc. His knowledge of the Tsunami was very interesting. And he was a great photographer too!
From pickup to drop off at the airport, everything was exceptional. If you’re going to Sri Lanka, start your planning with T-Two and you can’t go wrong.
